Marine Data Management, Governance and the MEDIN toolset – free workshops!

MEDIN and OceanWise are pleased to announce that registration is now open for MEDIN’s popular free online training workshops: ‘Marine Data Management, Governance and the MEDIN toolset’ .

For many years OceanWise have been collaborating with MEDIN and are delighted to continue to deliver the Data Management and Data Governance sessions in these free online workshops. 

There are three new dates for upcoming workshops which are open for enrolment now:

This training course is ideal for new starters to be introduced to MEDIN to give wider context for their role within the MEDIN network; and an excellent opportunity to consider your organisation’s business management framework and how data management is included in it.

Be empowered as a data champion and consider best practices to improve organisational efficiency in data acquisition, analysis, curation, and sharing with colleagues at your organisation.

The training is split into manageable pieces and spread over 5 days with live lessons in the morning and independent learning in the afternoons, which can be completed flexibly around other work commitments.
